Our Victories

In 2021, I decided it was time for the Network’s website to showcase its impressive history of accomplishments. I went all the way back to the Network’s first public action in 1975 and created a list with one victory for every year. The photo above was taken in June 2012, at the moment we heard that the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act — a really big victory. It was a lot of fun looking back at the Network’s annual reports, but it was a real challenge to pick just one victory for each year. Once I had a list, Evita Almassi and Adele Scheiber, the Network’s communications staff, polished my language and made it visually appealing.
